Anyone recognize this speedo?

Hi Julie;
    Once you have the speedo out it is a simple job to reset the Odometer.
In playing with way too many Rabbits and Sciroccos I have found that every "
low mileage " car I have found except one had a broken odometer ( that one
had a dealer receipt in the glove box for installing a new odometer at
around 60,000 miles).
