Does anyone know if these are a good strut bearing?

yup these are the housings you want. as many will atest, the originals with
most A1s will go bad almost as fast as you can change them. i learned early
on in my A1 life that strut bearings made for such cars are crap. if you
drive over speed bumps and hear the clunkety clunk, you can replace your
strut bearings with the same units you already have and in a month or two
sometimes longer, sometimes less, you will have the same clunkety clunk.
these with a set of
said poly inserts and you are good to go for a long time. anyone correct me
if i am wrong...after all i dont even own an A1 anymore ;)
