I think the seller means easy for themselves, you send him/her money, and 
he/she is rid of the dead part, and then can go out and buy a nice one and 
have someody install and paint it with the huge profits from the EBay 
sale...

Or something like that.

I just somehow don't think there will be much of a bidding war...
