Power Mirrors maintenance

Really not a lot that can be done with them You can easily remove the 
mirror via the access hole in the bottom using a flat blade screwdriver and 
then clean the mechanism and lube it with light oil...

If it still grinds then the gear teeth are probably shot and it needs to be 
replaced.
