MkI vents

Having been around from the begining i.e when Scirocco's first came out, the
only Scirocco that I'm aware of that had vent windows was the 1976
Wolfsburg. First Scirocco to have CIS in the US and it had the funky vent
windows. I test drove and almost bought one.
