do I need a puller to get steering wheel off A1

Thanks everyone.  I used a 24mm socket and I fixed my wiper problem with a
switch out of a 90 Golf.  I now also have intermittent wipers because I took
the jumper out of the wiper circuit and replaced it with an intermittent
wiper relay.  WAY BETTER!!!
