Rpm at 70mph

I have a Krafrswerks 2Y with a 3.94 and a .85 fifth (yes .85) I run 4K at
80mph and 3K at 60mph.  I had a .89 before but it was a bit high now I am at
basically stock RPMs in fifth.

My car turns 4000rpm going 70mph.  I think this is higher than normal as my
bros 16v gti turns closer to 3000 at 70.  This is with stock tire size of
185 60 14 and agb tranny.
So how many rpms your 16V turn at 70mph?
Trying to see if my 5th gear has been swapped or why my car turns so many
rpm.
