New to sciroccos

Subject: New to sciroccos

I am a 16 y.o. with no money or car skills.
I have been car searching, just to see whats out there, and found some 
thing called a vw scirocco. the first one i saw was this one:

Instantly i fell in love with them.
Keeping in mind what i said above (broke and vehicle repair inept) what 
would you guys suggest in the way of looking to buy a rocco.
