Specs:  1.8L JH w/ CIS

Lately I have been hearing this whistling/hissing sound out of the engine
compartment after I turn off my car. ANy ideas what this could be?  Sounds
like it's coming from the brake booster but I don't know for sure.  I have
been having brake problems lately as well.
