Just to back it up:

Get one gallon each of Distilled water and Coolant.


Pour ALL of the water in the top hose into the block, pour the coolant
in till block fills up, reconnect hose and top off system with
remaining coolant.

You'll have _some_ coolant left in the bottle but enough to make a
good ratio gets into the system.
