vibration/shudder at 70 - possible alternatives (other than wheel balance?)

New Mexico?  Ha!  Two weeks ago I got pulled over in I-40 near =
Albuquerque for doing 73.=20
The posted speed limit was 75. =20
Maybe it was the car.....

  Here in Texas we still have 75 MPH when you get past
  the big cities, and if you go out to New Mexico they
  have 85 MPH areas, atleast they did a few years back.
