Reconditioning the Block prior to Head Install



AFAIK it involves a chemical bath that is heated up to make it more 
effective at dissolving grease, grime, and bronzed bearing surfaces... :)

I don't know what chemicals are used, and I don't know how hot it gets - 
so that's not very helpful, is it? :)
