Reconditioning the Block prior to Head Install



Haven't done any dubs yet, but from my small-block experiences I've always
been told to leave the mill marks on there. Supposedly the gasket gets a
better grip on a rougher surface. Unless there's a big 'ol booger on there,
you can take that off..
