btw- Removing brass Injector cups

I found the 13 mm hex needed to back them out and back in again was
really close to the 1/2" hex of my tripplesquare bits, one of which I
keep permanently mounted in a deep 1/2" socket. 

So it was very easy to use the same bit I use on the CVs to turn the
injector cups out.
