[[OT] Sadaam's Passat]

I've read on Vortex that they are Dashers made from
Brazil.  I believe it was said that the Dasher in
Brazil was built along side the QUantum in the 80s. 
There could have been some sort of partner shiip
between the two countries in giving cars.
