no spark problem

I'm doing a digi 1 conversion on my car and I had it running today. I let
it sit for an hour and now I'm getting no spark. I'm getting fuel but no
spark. everything is wired up correctly. I tested the coil and I'm
getting 0.1ohms from the coil. Could the coil be the problem?
