  Hi Dan;
      Changing from diesel to gas is a cinch if you use a carb with it's =
intake manifold instead of fuel injection. You don't need an electric =
fuel pump just put the stock VW mechanical where the fuel regulator goes =
on the block and use the diesels fuel lines and tank. Get a points =
distributor and it is easy to hook up with just a coil and a few wires. =
This has been standard practice for years for folks who are tired of the =
diesels habit of puking head gaskets.
