Tach signal / knock sensor power increase?

Interesting technology... the ICM is a thick film alumina substrate all
chip and wire construction. Non-hermetic package but filled with a type of
silicone... very tacky but does not flow but protects the die from the
environment but flexible enough not to put stress on the bond wires.

Interesting.
