oil leak: oil pan gasket

positive its the gasket. went under there right after
i put it on and there it was, a leak at one of the
bolts after i let the car warm up for a bit. i didnt
use a rubber gasket, it was the thick paper kind, not
cork, but not sure if its a composite.

im going to try to re-torque it this afternoon. but
another question, i used loctite. do i need to
re-apply this before i retorque?
