XENON in the Scirocco - was : euro lights + protectors + heat = cracked euro lights
I don't know what's HID in german,
but the system uses high voltage and xenon bulbs without filament.
I havn't seen it on the web but in Hungary.

Isn't it a form of HID lighting?
I thought Xenon gas was used in all HID lights. There are conversion from H4
to Xenon on the web, just need to look.
