  You and the Meze have missed my point.
It's not about rebuilding a 16v or a "built" 16v.
The 'effortless' part is that a 16-valve owner has to do NOTHING to get
123hp.
An 8-valve owner, on the other hand, must expend considerable time and money
to acheive 123hp.
Get it?
