Removing door stops???

You have to remove the bolts on the body side of the hinge, 17mm(or 15mm) I
believe, that will get your door off (two person job) also unplug the wires
inside the car, not the door, and push the little pin out of the bar thingy
near the bottom (the thing that stops the door from opening too far).

easy peasy

as for removing the pins from the hinges, Ya got me.?
