Which headlamps for my 88 16v???

At catalog.autosportvolkswagenparts.com, there are 2 different sealed high
beams for my car, part numbers H4651 and 4651... the H4651s are listed as
"for 4 headlamp systems" ... then I don't understand what the 4651s would be
for since they are only high beams.
Which ones, 4651s or H4651s? Thanks
