euro high beam problems

All I can say is that if you haven't yet, then you need to relay, relay,
relay. Did I mention relays?

You could also have a short somewhere, but the best way to find it, and
fix other potential problems would be to relay the lights. Its easy, is
simple and you just can't beat the benifits. Also, if you use Patricks
wiring diagram to do the relaying, replace the custom tupperware fuse
block holder that he used with some simple in-line fuse holders. While
it isn't "needed", adding the fuses at that point will help prevent any
chance of you killing the battery due to too much drain.
