So, what's up with Buffalo dyno days?

Absolutely! I'm surprised no one has posted yet, but I guess we're all
trying to get back to work etc...

Two very noteworthy things happened (lesser of the two first);

1. My VR6 gained 19hp over the baseline run with the mere addition of a
Neuspeed P-Flo intake.

2. Josh Able's 1.8T Scirocco put (are you sitting?) 258hp and 257lb-ft of
torque to the wheels.

I'm going to repeat that because it sounds vaguely impressive:

         2500lb car.
         258 horsepower to the wheels.
         257 ft-lb of torque to the wheels.

Using the old 15% estimate, that would be around 300hp at the motor.

That's a power to weight ratio of 8.3 lb/hp.  The 4.9-second 0-60 screamer
BMW E46 M3 has a power-to-weight ratio (333hp, 3400lb) of 10.2:1.

el sicko, no?
