16V is the one to have depending on what car you're putting it in, if you
have all the little miscellaneous parts,  and if you're up to the effort
involved.

Yeah, Scott Williams said this could be done over a weekend, but I'm
thinking this was the low buck, low output approach.

Yeah, but it isn't easy. Oil drain holes need to be plugged, new pistons
unless you want a really low CR. Bunch of detail stuff that you'll have
figure out.
