Does the Bentley address body panels?

Here's my question. The apron under my front bumper is bashed beyond
reshaping. I figured I'd just cover it with a body kit which I may still do,
however I would LOVE to replace it to get a clean look like in this pic.
Anybody know how hard of an endeavor this would be?
