".copy two files from the installation CD manually to the program directory.
Click on MY Computer, and your CD-ROM drive.  Click on the folder called
EPC_PROG.W95.

.Find the Two files LEXHDL5.DLL and LEXHDLL5.DLL  highlight these and COPY.

.Now, go back into MY COmputer, select the drive you installed the program,
then click on the directory 'epc_prog'.  Go EDIT, and PASTE.  It will ask
you if you want to overwrite the two files already there, say yes.  Close
all the windows you've opened and try it again."

I've got a copy of ETKA I have the hard lock error on too. Any easy
solutions?
(probably not, my computer almost predates my Rocc)
