So Im' trying to pick up this Passat that is about 370 miles from me (me = Pittsburgh, PA), and tow it home. I can get a trailer, but I'd rather not borrow a truck for that distance. So far all I have found are U-haul box trucks for $20 and $0.59 permile, which ends up costing me close to $500. I didn't pay that much for a truck and trailer when I moved here from Texas (~1200 miles). Anybody know where I could get a truck? Even Home Depot's Load&Go truck would only cost me $240 or so (12 hours), but that still seems rediculous. I even thought about trying to drive it, and just getting a AAA membership to back me up, but they will only tow it for 3 lousy miles. It's got an iffy transmission. Anyone know of a similar service with unlimitted or high towing miles? Brian
