EuroTuner and Scirocco.org representin

MK-I shot on top right "Old-School Is Cool" is my '76 Super Scirocco, I was
VERY surprised to see it in EuroTuner as it is NOT show quality but given it
was a charity show I thought it would be cool to participate, it's daily
driven (alot) and is in need of some serious cosmetic work!, until the
starter failed last month it has never left me stranded once in the past 11+
years and over 150k+ on a minor rebuilt 1.6, work in progress continues...
only at a slower than anticipated pace. Funny thing is that twice since I
noticed it in the magazine I have been stopped in town and had positive
comments on the car whereas previously even import enthusiasts/friends
didn't even know what the hell a Scirocco was, surprisingly here in this
Central CA City they (MK-I) are few and far between, I had a great time at
the Show and got to meet some great people although with my poor memory I
only recall a couple of their names but there was some super people there.
