Lower 16v Manifold differences?

So they aren't the same, but as long as I put the CIS injector seats in it, I can use the 9A lower manifold?    I'll end up matching the upper intake to it, so the larger size won't cause problems.  I'll have to check that I can open the upper up to that size, but I'd imagine I can get 1.5mm out of it.
