Ken, I've had no problem with A1 chassis Bilstein HD and your run of the
mill street lowering springs. In fact, I recommend the combination over the
Sports if your roads are choppy. Where the Sports really shine is in
controlling very heavy spring rates on smooth roads.

Remember, the "best" spring/damper combination is often the cushiest one
that will not bottom out under normal driving conditions. (-whatever
"normal" means to you.) Said in another way, stiffer and lower aren't always
more suitable to performance driving.
