front sway bar poly bushing install

 Does anyone have any suggestions on how to install the outer poly bushings on
the front sway bar?

There is a groove on the end of the bar that the bushing fits into to keep the
bar located, but the bushing won't give enough to get it over the end.

Will this need to be pressed on at a shop?
