Thermostat Light in the Dash

Hey guys, 

I recently changed the thermostat in my scirocco, and
I can't seem to get the light to turn off.  In my
bentley it says to push the reset button behind the
cooling resevior tank.  

I did that, but still nothing.  Has anyone else come
across this?  Annoying little red light is driving me
mad!
