no start when humid or moist



Yes check the connections at the CIS-E computer but also check the
connections at the ignition controller and the hall sender. Is the hall
sender hanging by it's wires? May want to clean up that detail and maybe a
little (I said a LITTLE) RTV to seal it in there.
