[tech]: uh oh-tranny fluid in the driveway

ugh. just when the new rocco is running ok (swapped in some different fuel 
injectors with new o-rings) i find a spot of tranny fluid in the driveway; 
not a lot, maybe 2-3 oz. i didn't see anything leaking when i looked at the 
tranny though. i guess i should be worried about SMS? it's an 87 16v, which 
i didn't think was affected, but...
where should i look for the leak, if that's what it is? i'll drain the fluid 
and replace with redline on monday, but what else should i be doing? what 
other symptoms would there be? tranny seems to be working fine. thanks,
