pulling 85 8v injectors

IME, the valve cover provides a pivot point that is a little too far to be
very effective. Try placing a pipe or something a whole lot closer to the
injector and use that as fulcrum. Also, try to minimize the movement at the
injector, too much lateral movement and the plastic injector seats can
break. Not a problem since you're pulling the head, but otherwise it's a
PITA to take care of.

Also, spray some lube down on the o-ring. WD-40 or similar works well. Won't
shrink the o-ring, but will let it slide out easier.
