[tech]: vacuum vacuum vacuum questions

all 16v. noticing that the mess of vacuum lines in the 87 is different than 
the mess of vacuum lines in the 88. i've been trying for some time (years) 
to find a diagram of where everything goes, what it does--anybody know? i 
want to replace all hoses, and get rid of redundant/unnecessary stuff. i'm 
particularly interested in the lines that run through the fenders and 
disappear; these baffle me.
ones that i know (from memory, so bear with):
near idle screw-one to warm air recirc, one to...?
closer to pass side- one to knock cpu, one to...?
basically, i need vacuum for the upshift light thingy (i think i'll take 
that whole thing out), one for the climate control stuff, one for knock 
cpu...what else? do my power locks get one? something looks like it goes 
into the brake booster (fat one).
