I personally would say go with a Scirocco(maybe not one that's 7K 
CDN).  But I have to say, here in Maine there are tons of Saabs
and they seem to be great cold climate cars.  Don't know much about 
reliability, but there is no local dealer around here(oddly) and
only a few shops that don't seem to have many cars waiting to be worked on.
