Idle problems and more!

My 2.0 16v has been good its short life except for idle.  Usually the
idle is fast (1100 rpm) but sometimes once warm it will go to 800ish
(very lumpy with cams and lightened flywheel).  When cold it will hold
its idle and often stall.  Now its doing that when warm (but suddenly be
ok, then be bad again just as suddenly).  Under constant throttle there
is a very slight hesitation when the idle problems are occurring.  Sound
like a bad ISV?
