as most of you know, i'm renting a shop with four other guys. we're each 
paying $125 a month including utilities. well, i come to find out that rent 
on the place is only $400 a month, but with 5 guys we've been paying $625? 
so i snooped around and dug out some bills, water is included in the rent, 
electric averages $60 a month, and now the kicker; our gas bill is over 
$2200! it hasn't been paid in quite a while. on top o that i found a past 
due notice for the last 2 months rent! so where the hell has my money been 
going? needless to say, i think it's time to bale. the problem is i have 3 
rocco's, tools, and all sorts of parts down there. i can't take this stuff 
home, i don't have a garage. if i leave it as is god know what will happen, 
is the landlord going to slap a pad lock on the door or what? now i either 
need to find a new place and some new "shopmates" quick, sell like 2 cars 
and a bunch of crap, or find someone close by willing to host some crap for 
me. and i need to do this quick! fuck, who did i piss off in my past life? i 
guess this just isn't my year.
