Idle surging up and down

[pbureau@attbi.com (ATS - Patrick Bureau)]

but they have the switch on the throttle body (8v full throttle switch) and
that causes the idle on th 8v (dunno how it works on the 16v yet) to run
1000-3K up and down yes.
