Lightened Flywheels

Alrighty then, someone with something other than stock cams chime in. Now,
I've been in Allyn's green monster, which apparently has 270ish cams and
probably an 8.5lb flywheel. I found it a wee bit rough at idle for my car,
though the Rieger wouldn't be the same if it were well-behaved. Which
compromise would you hate the least to support decent idling??

1) 8.5lb flywheel with 258ish cams?
2) stock fly with 270ish cams?
3) some other solution

PS: this would be on a 2.0l if that makes any difference
