Dead Roc Final Update

Thanks again everyone for your help on my 88 16V.  It was the =
Distrubtor.  It had been tinkered with before.  I bought a rebuilt one.  =
Now that the Scirocco has been revived, my wife's 96 Jetta took a dump =
today.  The dealership thinks it is the coil.  It is a dealer only part =
and costs $157.00 and only an hour and a half of labor to install!  I am =
not real fond of VW's today.  I also shit canned the possibility of the =
Q45 w/ 157,000 miles.  Too many miles...too little history.  I think =
I'll ride my bike from now on.
