Why is my fuel pump buzzing in time with my signal light???

Do you have unrelayed euro lights?  Does it make the noise especially
when the lights are on?

The buzzing changes for the duration of the signal light "on" time. 
Sounds like a bad ground somewhere?  Any ideas?
