Well Mr/M(r)s. Fancy Pants, THAT got your attention.

I'm looking for a VR6 and no, I'm not going to put that lump into a
Scirocco.  My understanding is that I need the distributor type (pre
1993.5?)...if the coil pack type can be used in a car that originally had
the distributor, please correct me, but be polite about it because I'm
the sensitive type.  I'm in NC and willing to take a drive to come get it
if one of you primates knows of one for a good price.  Just keep in mind,
if you sell me a bum engine, I'll visit you again with my BOOM stick!
