whats the circuit board behind the Speedo do ???

  yeah . i took my 86 roccos gauge cluster apart ..
  there is a liltle circuit board behind the speedo itself ..
  is that the RPM limiter module ???
  i think this will help .. heres the part# form it ..

  can u guys look it up on ETKA ( cant get mine to work under Win XP Pro or if anyone can help me to get ETKA to work on my comp that will be even better .. :P )
