The firing order is 1 3 4 2 on 8V and 16V, and all 
the 4 cyl's that I've come across.

I think it was just a typo in Rick's post...

The mistake in all the '85-93 Bentleys, up to 
circa '98, have the 16V distributor turning the same 
way as the 8V, clockwise, this is wrong, since the 
distributor runs off of the exhaust cam and turns 
CCW.
