How fast is a 2.0L 16v Mk2?

If he's got the 150hp version I'd say yes, in principle, depends how you
limit your tire spin.

I've seen #'s of 7.9 to 7.6 0-60 for the golf iv.  Id say a 2.0l roc should
be able to match that...
