can the motor go in from the top with the tranny attached?

Every engine swap I've done has been from the top, and yes with the =
tranny attached. I'd hate to try it without the tranny attached if =
that's what you're asking. You'll have to take the hood off, and make =
sure the "arm" of your engine hoist has plenty of room above it to pull =
the engine up and out.
